Medical Professionals Tyler provides a resource for interpersonal connections within our medical community. Knowing the person behind the sub-specialty degree increases confidence in making referrals and ensuring each patient's optimal care. Knowing the 'why' that motivates another provider can rekindle interest and enthusiasm for the reader's own medical practice. Learning personal stories about colleagues helps to create an environment of compassion, caring, and inclusion. Introducing our readership to our other medical and non-medical partners educates them about different facets of healthcare and provides pre-screened referrals to other products and services. We believe all of this will impact patient care and patient experience with positive outcomes.
Honoring our top physicians, healthcare leaders, and hospital executives in an environment where they can interact and learn from each other regardless of where they work, presenting their professional and personal stories promoting collaboration and referrals with one another.
Medical Professionals Magazine not only provides an opportunity for networking and learning on a peer to peer level, but it also serves businesses who support the medical community by giving them a platform to inform and educate our healthcare-based readership about their brand and services.
We organize exclusive events to honor our highlighted healthcare professionals which provide face to face networking with colleagues, advertising partners, and sponsors. We take our 2-dimensional magazine and create a 3-dimensional opportunity for our readership and our advertising partners and sponsors.
Hello, and welcome! I've had an interesting career in art for over 20 years in the Milwaukee, WI area. I also had an art installation business for over 25 years, which often took me into hospitals, clinics, restaurants, various corporate offices, and residences. Eventually, I came to East Texas to work with my father, who built homes here since the early '80s. However, I have always loved media and art, and soon I found myself in publishing. I launched a monthly publication for the Hollytree community in 2012, which I still own and operate, and soon after launched a publication in The Woods community. Meeting many of the residents in both of these communities and many business owners across East Texas, I soon found a new passion for publishing. I love meeting people and learning about them and their interesting stories and experiences.
The many years of installing art in hospitals and clinics I often witnessed behind the scenes of a clinic at times. I've seen physicians spending long days trying to squeeze everything into their day while throughout the day, dictating their work into a recorder or filling out paperwork. After being in East Texas for now over 12 years, I soon noticed the growing need for a media that could help connect the growing medical community here in Tyler.
The question then begs, who is serving our medical professionals? Who wants nothing from them except to honor them? Who will help us build and connect this community?
Medical Professionals Tyler provides our community with a platform to do just that! MP Tyler's vision is to connect the top physicians, specialists, healthcare leaders, and hospital executives in a new and refreshing way. Tyler hosts one of Texas' most respected healthcare systems and is growing very quickly. However, “community” over the varied disciplines is lacking. Maintaining relationships and staying informed is time-consuming, and it takes effort.
At Medical Professionals Tyler, we can change that by connecting the lives and professions of our doctors to their colleagues. We believe that by creating a connected healthcare community, we will positively impact quality healthcare for patients, putting the 'human' back into healthcare.
I'm excited to celebrate the innovators, the movers and shakers, and leaders throughout the medical field that keep our community learning, growing, and thriving! I'm grateful to my partners and the businesses who support this medical community and make this all possible! Our medical community deserves to be more CONNECTED - INFORMED - and CELEBRATED!
Please reach out to help build, and support this community. -Patrick
